Integrated Extrusion has commissioned a new automated anodizing line at its Sulaibiya Industrial Area facility in Kuwait. The line adds significant finishing capacity and gives our teams tighter control over film thickness, color consistency and surface quality.
The new line works alongside our existing oxidation, anodizing and polishing processes, which are approved by Qualanod. Profiles move from extrusion to finishing without leaving the site, which shortens lead times and reduces handling.
“Our clients ask for consistent finishes on larger and more complex projects,†said a member of our production team. “This line lets us deliver that at higher volumes, without compromising on quality.â€
The line is now in full production and available for architectural and industrial orders.
