1981
A Foundation of Service in Kuwait
Green Fields Agriculture Company is established. Our initial mission is humble yet ambitious: to prove that premium horticulture can thrive in the desert.
1980s to 1990s
The Post Liberation Reclamation
We are entrusted with the rehabilitation and maintenance of the nation’s most sensitive landscapes, including the Bayan Palace. This era cements our reputation for bespoke quality and unwavering workmanship under the most demanding circumstances.
2000s
Regional Stewardship Across GCC
Our footprint expands thoughtfully across the Gulf. We acquire shares in Al Dhafra Irrigation System Co., marking a strategic and accountable entry into the Abu Dhabi market. We begin exporting Kuwaiti expertise in arid landscaping across GCC and beyond.

Our strength resides in our people. Led by a dynamic management team, our workforce of over 450 technical staff — including supervisors, technicians, and agronomists — brings an average tenure of 6 to 10 years with the company. This is more than a job; it is a craft passed down through institutional knowledge. This deep reservoir of expertise is now being deployed to serve clients and environments across GCC and beyond.
Operational Self Reliance
We take accountability for our performance seriously. Our operations are self-reliant by design: our own nurseries, a fleet of over 200 equipment units, and dedicated in-house teams allow us to control quality at every stage — from propagation to planting to long-term maintenance.
