Mr. Mishal Ahmad Al Jarki has held the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of Al Thiqa Food Group Company (TFGC) since 2013. He has taken the lead in driving both the Restaurant Sector, as well as the FMCG & manufacturing sector towards substantial gains within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. Under his leadership, the company has successfully tripled in size, positioning itself as a key player in the regional market.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Al Jarki has developed and launched new concepts, strengthened core services, and introduced initiatives that have driven consistent growth. His expertise spans strategy, risk and performance management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capitalization strategies, and high-level negotiations.
Mr. Al Jarki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and an MBA from Maastricht Business School.

With over 30 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, Mr. Khaled Naga has built his career through a track record of impactful leadership and service, culminating in his current role as Chief Executive Officer of the Restaurant Sector at Al-Thiqa Food Group Company.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cairo University, Egypt, and an MBA from Windham University, USA. His strong educational foundation, combined with extensive industry expertise and a customer-focused approach, has enabled him to cultivate deep insights into both business operations and people management.
Mr. Naga’s vision is to drive the growth of the restaurant sector locally, internationally, and across the MENA region, building and developing home-grown brands, while also expanding through strategic franchising. His leadership is anchored in delivering the highest standards of quality and excellence across all restaurant experiences.
Mr. Bassam Mohammad Waheedi brings over 16 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Since 2014, Mr. Waheedi has held the position of CEO – FMCG & Manufacturing Sector (Al Danah, Al Messilah, The Meat Chops, and ALTCO), with extensive experience in imported goods distribution from international brands.
Throughout his tenure, Mr. Waheedi has spearheaded major achievements including the establishment of new factories, the launch of innovative products that became market pioneers, enhanced production quality while reducing costs, and the implementation of international standards, earning ISO and HACCP certifications for the company’s factories.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from Kuwait University, and previously served for 10 years at Agility as Director of Land Commercial Cargo Management, where he managed over 500 cargo trucks and 300 employees across project and transportation management.
Mr. Waheedi’s vision is to further expand TFGC’s FMCG sector by introducing international brands tailored for the region, with the goal of strengthening the company’s leadership in distribution across Kuwait and the wider MENA market.
Mr. Mohammad Mokhtar serves as the Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Al Thiqa Food Group Company, where he oversees the financial strategy and performance of the Group across its diverse restaurant, FMCG, and manufacturing operations. With strong expertise in financial planning, corporate governance, and risk management, he plays a key role in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the Group.
He brings extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital structure optimization, along with a deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and organizational efficiency. His leadership supports the Group’s growth objectives through disciplined financial stewardship, data-driven decision making, and the implementation of robust financial systems.
Mr. Mokhtar works closely with senior management to align financial frameworks with the Group’s strategic goals, while also enhancing reporting transparency, cost management, and internal audit functions. His commitment to operational excellence and financial integrity positions him as a vital contributor to the Group’s continued expansion and performance.
Mr. Khalid Radwan is the Group Legal and Compliance Director at Al Thiqa Food Group Company (TFGC), where he oversees legal affairs, provides strategic guidance, and supports compliance across the Group’s business units. With extensive experience in legal practice and administrative management, he plays a key role in safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring that all operations align with regulatory requirements.
Known for his reliability and strong problem-solving skills, Mr. Radwan is widely regarded as a trusted resource within the organization. His ability to collaborate effectively with all departments has made him the primary point of contact for legal support, particularly in managing ongoing projects and reviewing new business opportunities.

Chef Anfal Al Rakhis is a dynamic force in the Gulf’s culinary landscape, currently serving as the Head of Research & Development at Al Thiqa Food Group Company. With over seven years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector and Business Development, Chef Anfal has played a significant role in shaping food trends and brand identities across the region.
Her career began in the kitchens of five-star hotels in Kuwait, where she honed her skills in high-end hospitality and operational excellence. Since then, she has gone on to consult and develop more than 15 brands across the GCC, partnering with some of the food industry’s most respected names. Chef Anfal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Gulf University for Science and Technology, blending her culinary creativity with sharp business acumen. Her formal culinary education from Rouxbe further strengthens her ability to deliver dishes that are both innovative and commercially successful.
In her role at Al Thiqa Food Group Company, Chef Anfal leads the ideation and execution of new product lines, signature dishes, and menu concepts. Her approach is rooted in market insight, flavor-forward thinking, and a passion for culinary storytelling. She is committed to redefining modern Middle Eastern cuisine while staying deeply connected to its cultural roots.

Mr. Ali Abdallah is the Group HR and Administration Director at Al Thiqa Food Group Company (TFGC). He is a dedicated Human Capital professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and is currently pursuing his MBA Global with Manchester University Business School in the United Kingdom.
He is known for his energy, supportive leadership style, and strong commitment to employee engagement. Throughout his career, Mr. Abdallah has worked across diverse sectors, contributing to workplace cultures that promote collaboration, development, and organizational excellence.

Eng. Hamzeh Al Dajani is the Group Projects Development Manager at Al Thiqa Food Group Company, where he oversees the planning and execution of development projects across the Group. With over two decades of experience in project management and construction, he has worked on large-scale educational facilities, commercial developments, and high-quality residential projects.
He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Project Management and brings strong expertise in coordination, budgeting, contractor management, and project supervision. His background includes leadership roles in well-known institutions in Kuwait, where he managed complex projects from design through completion.
At TFGC, Eng. Al Dajani supports the Group’s expansion by ensuring that all development projects and expansions are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with organizational standards.
Mr. Philip Joseph Heredia serves as the Group Support Services Manager for Al Thiqa Food Group Company, bringing over 15 years of experience in support services and operational leadership. His responsibilities cover Learning & Development, Quality Control, Corporate Communications, Group Corporate Projects, and the Creative & Design team.
In this role, Mr. Heredia ensures each function operates with efficiency, alignment, and a unified commitment to excellence. He collaborates closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives that enhance team capability, strengthen brand presence, and support the successful execution of key projects across the organization.
Mr. Heredia is known for his structured leadership approach, strong follow-through, and ability to coordinate diverse functions toward shared objectives. His focus on continuous improvement and cross-departmental collaboration continues to play a vital role in Al Thiqa Food Group’s growth and its position as a leading player in the food and beverage industry.
Mr. Sherif Kandeel serves as the Group Supply Chain Manager at Al Thiqa Food Group Company, where he leads the end-to-end supply chain operations for the Group’s restaurant and FMCG divisions. With significant experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier partnerships, he ensures that materials, products, and services flow efficiently to support the Group’s strategic business goals.
He brings recognized credentials in purchasing and supply management (including CIPP and CIPM certifications) and has held senior procurement roles in Kuwait’s food service sector. His strengths include cost optimization, contract negotiations, vendor performance management, and implementing supply-chain best practices.
In his current role, Mr. Kandeel collaborates closely with the finance, operations, and commercial teams to align supply-chain strategy with business growth, reduce risk, and enhance value delivery across the Group. His focus on operational excellence and supplier integrity supports TFGC’s commitment to quality, reliability, and sustainability.
