shipping
in-stock orders ship from our warehouse within 10 business days. made-to-order items are produced to your specification and ship within 14 - 16 weeks. shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination, and orders above KD 50 qualify for free shipping.
tiles are heavy and fragile, so every order is packed in protective crating. please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any breakage within 48 hours so we can arrange replacements.
returns
unused tiles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. to start a return, contact us with your order number and we will arrange collection or provide a return address.
samples and made-to-order items cannot be returned. refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods arrive back at our warehouse in sellable condition. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
