FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Common questions about Blue Zone — our products, deliveries, certifications, allergens, corporate offerings and more.
What makes Blue Zone different from other organic stores in Kuwait?
Blue Zone is curated by a certified holistic nutrition coach — Khalidah Al Essa — and every product we stock is chosen for a clear nutritional reason. We source from certified-organic farms in Norway, the US and Europe, then store and deliver under temperature-controlled conditions. You are not just buying an organic label: you are buying a product selected by an expert for your health goal.
Do you offer delivery across Kuwait?
Yes. We deliver to all six governorates of Kuwait — Kuwait City, Hawalli, Salmiya, Salwa, Jahra and Ahmadi — with same-day and next-day slots. Delivery is free for orders over 25 KWD. You can place your order at our online store at bluezonekwt.com and we will dispatch it from our Alseibh warehouse.
Are your products certified organic?
Every organic product on our shelves carries a recognised certification: USDA Organic, EU Organic Bio, Soil Association, Demeter, Bio Suisse or Rainforest Alliance. We do not stock ‘natural-only’ products marketed as organic. Every gluten-free product is GFCO-certified below 20ppm gluten.
Do you carry vegan, keto and gluten-free options?
Yes. Our store is organised by dietary category: Organic, Gluten-Free, Keto, Vegan, Superfoods, Healthy Snacks, Organic Baby Food and Imported Organic Groceries. Each aisle has dedicated labelling and our staff can guide you toward products that match your goal.
Where do you source your products from?
Our wild salmon comes from Norway, our grass-fed beef from selected European farms, our produce from certified-organic farms across the EU and US, our supplements from the US, UK and Europe, and our gluten-free range from specialist co-packers in Italy and Ireland. Every supplier has a current organic certificate on file.
Can I visit your physical store?
Yes. Our flagship store is in The View Mall, Arabian Gulf Street, Salmiya. We are open Saturday to Thursday from 9am to 9pm and Friday from 1pm to 9pm. You are welcome to drop in, ask the team about your goal, and sample products before buying.
Do you offer corporate or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with hotels, gyms, wellness clinics and corporate offices in Kuwait. We can set up recurring deliveries, branded wellness boxes and bulk pricing for HR teams. Please contact us at corporate@bluezonekwt.com for a tailored quote.
Do you ship outside Kuwait?
Within Kuwait only. Our logistics network is built around temperature-controlled last-mile delivery in Kuwait, which we believe gives the best customer experience. If you live in the GCC and would like to order, please contact us and we will explore a case-by-case solution.
Do you run workshops or community events?
Yes. We host regular workshops at our Alseibh community space — fermentation classes, gluten-free baking, kids-in-the-kitchen, parent coaching and seasonal nutrition talks. See our blog or Instagram for the upcoming schedule.
How do you handle food safety and storage?
We are a Kuwait Municipality-licensed food establishment. Cold-chain products are stored between 2°C and 8°C, frozen products at −18°C, dry goods in pest-controlled, climate-controlled storage, and every batch carries a supplier-issued traceability record.
