Our Roots
Blue Zone was founded in 2015 by Khalidah Al Essa — a Kuwaiti woman driven by a single belief: that gut health, longevity and everyday wellness should be accessible, enjoyable and rooted in the best of what nature offers.
She began by selling fresh organic produce at a local farmers' market. Demand grew so quickly that within a year she opened the first Blue Zone shop in the Alseibh area of Kuwait City.
